Custom Manufacturing
TexThread has a full-line machine shop and we are capable of manufacturing any of your special product requirements. Custom manufactured products include items such as: socket head cap screws, 12 point cap screws, B-7 U-Bolts, Square Bend U-Bolts, Swing Bolts, Cap Nuts, Allen Nuts, etc.
Our standard threading consists of cut threads, while our special threading includes, metric, acme, left and right hand, and custom single tooling per your specifications.

Finishing

We have our own in-house heat treating equipment for modifying all grades of studs, nuts and specials per ASTM requirments.
- Coatings
We are capable of supplying many types of coatings per your specifications on a quick turn-around basis.
Some of the coatings available are:
- Cadmium
- Yellow Chromate
- Inorganic Zinc
- Various types of Teflon Coatings

TexThread has established a strict guideline of quality assurance and is Certified ISO 9001:2008. Our Quality Assurance Manual is available upon request. We are also in compliance with the National Fastener Act.
TexThread has a full range of in-house equipment, regularly calibrated, to cover your gauging and hardness requirements and assure high quality products.
Mill Test Reports and Certifications are available with each order, upon request.
